(Video 04/17/26) This year’s crawfish season has been a mixed bag with some producers reporting good catches while others reporting less than average production. Labor issues have idled some processing facilities leading to less tail meat on the market. LSU AgCenter correspondent Craig Gautreaux has this report from southwest Louisiana.
